A particular village with its port being the centre of all action.

Amazing classic buildings, newly built traditional villas and picturesque streets set the landscape. Spending the morning at the port, going for walking, cycling or fishing is a real pleasure.

It is also called Selinitsa (little moon) after the little Selini (moon) or little Helen according to the locals’ saying “Selinitsa, you sound the moon shivers as Paris caresses Helen”.

There is a small picturesque sandy beach at the outfall of Pamisos river or the river of Milia where ancient Pefnos used to be opposite the small Pefnos island, birthplace of Dioskuri.
